Returns Policy

ABAGA VELLI will only accept products that are undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, unused, unworn, and unwashed for a refund or credit note of the same value. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, socks, and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All labels or tags must remain intact and attached, and the product(s) must be returned in or with their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

ABAGA VELLI will offer a refund or credit note of the same value if the following criteria are met:

  • The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
  • The item must be returned with its tags and packaging in their original condition.

Once your return request is confirmed, we will issue you with a returns label. Please note:

  • All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • All products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All products must have their original ABAGA VELLI tags still attached.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered by ABAGA VELLI and will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty.
  • Keep your tracking code link as proof of shipping.
Exchanges and Refunds

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for defective products. Exchanges are available for unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging, with the return form fully completed. Please note:

  • Refunds and exchanges will only be provided for items returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items showing signs of damage not resulting from a manufacturing fault, including accidental, malicious, or wear-related damages, will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Once we have received and approved your return, processing your refund may take approximately 7 to 10 business days.

Standard Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment and to the same credit or debit card used for the purchase. For gift cards or e-gift cards, refunds will be provided as credit on a new gift card. Sale and clearance items will also be refunded on a new gift card. Shipping charges and VAT on shipping are non-refundable.

Damaged Goods During Shipment

Please check your items carefully upon receipt. If any damage occurs during shipment, report it to us within 14 days of receipt by emailing clientservices@abagavelli.com. Include an image of the damage, your order number, and a description of the issue. This helps us ensure our packaging meets appropriate standards. For damaged items, we will issue a refund, and you can place a new order if desired.

Flash Sale Items

All flash sale items are final sale and non-refundable. Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items unless the defect was clearly described before purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a return or replacement, subject to stock availability. This does not affect your statutory rights.
