UK Shipping Information

All UK orders are dispatched via DHL Tracked and Signed For services. You can track your order using the tracking code and link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, weekends, and bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm on Friday through to Sunday will arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. Please note delivery times may vary during busy periods, but rest assured your order will arrive as long as the information provided is accurate.

EU Delivery Information

All EU orders are sent via DHL Tracked and Signed For services. You can track your order using the tracking code and link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

USA Delivery Information

All orders to the USA are sent via DHL Tracked and Signed For services. A tracking code and link will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery times depend on your location but are typically between 5-7 working days.

Rest of World Delivery Information

We deliver worldwide using DHL Tracked and Signed For services. A tracking code and link will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination, but most orders arrive within 7-10 working days.

Import Regulations, Duties & Taxes

If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import regulations, duties, and taxes when it arrives at your destination. You will be responsible for any such charges. Unfortunately, we cannot predict these costs, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
